You can request deletion of your SocialMix account and all associated data using the form below or by emailing us directly. We process all requests within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted

  • Your profile information and username
  • Your profile photo
  • Your marketplace listings and photos
  • Your messages and chat history
  • Your chatroom and group memberships
  • Your star points and badges

Note: Some security logs may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for fraud prevention, abuse prevention and legal compliance. This is required to protect other users.
