By using SocialMix you agree to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account and content. You must provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to use SocialMix.
3. Community Conduct
Treat all users with respect. Do not harass, bully or intimidate others. Do not impersonate other users or organizations.
4. Marketplace Rules
Only list real products and services. Prices must be accurate and honest. You are responsible for completing transactions. SocialMix is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech based on race, religion or gender
- Fraud and financial scams
- Selling illegal products or substances
- Sharing explicit adult content
- Violence or threats against any person
- Fake product listings
- Spam and unsolicited messages
- Harassment of any user
- Sharing dangerous or harmful content
6. User Generated Content
You own your content but grant SocialMix a license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The SocialMix name, logo and design are owned by SocialMix. You may not copy or use them without permission.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
SocialMix is provided as is. We are not liable for any losses from using the app or marketplace.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will notify users through the app.
